Pastor Steve Holt has been my Pastor and friend for many years. He has a keen insight into what's going on in the Christian church in America. And he is concerned about how disconnected the Church is in our culture and how we got here.
Steve has been praying for and believes God may be moving us toward a Third Great Awakening. I've been talking about this for some years now. American Christians gave up their ability to stand for and reveal the truth in culture through many years of neglect and misguided theology and "church growth" methods. I believe it has a lot to do with the Church abdicating its responsibility. Steve has been working in his community to encourage a "Kingdom Revolution" where Christians revisit Christ's command to influence society.
Steve is the Pastor of The Road in Chapel Hills in Colorado Springs, CO. He is a writer of two books. Worshipper Warrior: A 21 Day Journey into the Dangerous Life of David, and God Wild Marriage.
